Warren Township among New Jersey's best places to live...here's why:

There are numerous reasons why the Township of Warren, an upscale Somerset County suburb, was named a Top Town in 2013 by New Jersey Monthly magazine and rated the sixth "Best Place to Live" in the United States by Money magazine in 2006. Some might say there at 15,311 reasons -- one for each resident of this rural yet sophisticated community where folks are proud and actively engaged in their hometown.

With 19.3 square miles nestled in and surrounded by the Watchung Mountains, Washington Valley and the Passaic and Dead Rivers, Warren's picturesque landscape is the backdrop for an attractive medley of neighborhoods. Whether seeking well-kept modest homes in established neighborhoods or elegant estates in newer subdivisions, homebuyers find generous lot sizes with abundant grass and trees. Median household income is $135,143. Warren is home to commercial residents as well.

The excellent public school system serves students in pre-kindergarten through eighth grade; and Watchung Hills Regional High School, ranked 50th in the state by New Jersey Monthly magazine in 2014, welcomes students from Warren, Watchung, Long Hill Township and Green Brook.

Warren's tangible assets stand on their own, but the spirit of the town elevates the appeal. It's a town where community involvement truly makes a difference. From fishing derbies and summer camps to concerts and the annual Warren Expo, residents enthusiastically come together to recreate and celebrate with great community pride.
